True joy comes from the inside because it is based on our relationship with Jesus Christ and the supernatural power of the Holy Spirit.

And as we abide in Christ, the True Vine, we will be filled with His strength and vitality, and we will produce the fruit of the His Spirit, including joy, by the grace of God.
